Hello friends.

I'm here to tell you what the best cities are to meet girls in Panama.

But first a bit of background information.

In 2013, I spent a little over two weeks travelling around Central America's southernmost country. At first, I wasn't particularly interested in meeting girls in Panama - I was feeling burned out and disillusioned after relentlessly trying (and occasionally succeeding) to hook-up with subpar women throughout Central America.

By the time I got there, I just wanted a rest.

However, that all changed when I saw the Panamanian girls.

After Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and even Costa Rica, Panama seemed like a holy grail of sexy girls. What was supposed to be a period of rest and relaxation turned into me getting drunk and practicing my broken Spanish with the most attractive women I'd seen in over 1500 miles.

Although I'll admit that I failed more than I succeeded, at the very least I came back with some useful intel, which I'll pass on to you now.

The Best Cities in Panama For Meeting Girls

4) Colon

First thing's first: I don't recommend going to Colon. Out of all the cities I've travelled to in Latin America, this one felt the most dangerous.

So, why is Colon on the list of the best cities for meeting girls in Panama? Well, I'll tell you why: There is an inordinate number of hot, young black women in this city. Although I was too afraid to hit on any of them (haha), during the three days I was there I received a lot of positive attention from the women.

Now, I'm not an idiot - I'm aware that much of this was from girls looking for P4P, but some of it was indeed genuine (I think..).

Anyway, if you have balls of steel and want to get off the beaten path a bit, I have the strong sense that a man can get laid A LOT in Colon.

3) Bocas del Toro

I hated Bocas del Toro. I don't (can't) get along with hippy backpackers and this is an absolute necessity if you want to have a good time here. BUT, it is an incredibly easy place to hook-up with girls. There's a hostel/bar called the 'Aqua Lounge,' which is essentially a place people seem to go explicitly to fuck or get fucked. I managed to hook-up here with no effort in spite of the fact that I was wayyyy outside of my social demographic. Seriously, if I can do it you can do it.

If you can't get laid in Bocas del Toro, you might as well turn your dick in because it doesn't really get much easier.

The inclusion of Bocas del Toro on this list is - I'll admit - a bit misleading. This is because you won't be hooking-up with Panamanian girls here. You'll be hooking up with Brits, Americans, Canadians, Israelis etc. I tried hitting on a local waitress and no dice - they don't want much to do with the tourists that come to this town. For good reason.

2) David

David is one of the best kept secrets for girls in Panama. OK, well it's not really a secret if you're from Panama - it's actually one of its biggest cities. But tourists don't really come here. Or, if they do, they don't pass much time. On the surface, this is understandable. Although it's one of the bigger, safer and wealthier cities by Panamanian standards, at first glance it doesn't seem like there's much to do in David. Most people simply use it as a transit point for travelling on to Bocas del Toro.

However, if you spend more than a couple days here, you'll soon find that there's more to the city than meets the eye. There are a handful of good casinos and clubs to pass the night in, and they are much cheaper than what you'll find in Panama City.

It's worth noting that you won't see many attractive Panamanian girls walking around during the day in David - they come out at night. Also worth noting that Chiricanas(girls from David) are quite different from Capitalinas (girls from Panama City) The women you'll meet in David are more conservative, friendlier, and less diverse - most of them have lighter skin and are a mix of Spanish and Indigenous. Not as many women of African descent. Much to my abashment, I failed to have sex here, but I did manage to make-out hot and heavy with two different girls on two different nights. I know, it's pretty 'high school' to be boasting about that, but like I said, the girls are more conservative here.

1) Panama City

As you might have suspected, Panama City is the runaway winner of the Best Cities for Meeting Girls in Panama. As the country's largest city, you'll find all types of Panamanian girls here: White, Black, Indigenous, Mixed, Colombian, Venezuelan... Whatever tickles your fancy. And if your Spanish is basic or non-existent, many of the girls here speak English, which can't be said for David or Colon. Also, Panama City is safe compared to most other Latin American cities, so you don't have to watch your back as much while going out at night.

Most importantly, the hottest and most sexually liberal girls in the country are located in Panama City. That, accompanied by a strong nightlife scene makes it the place to be for meeting women.

However, there is one caveat.

Even though I managed to have sex in Panama City, it was no cake walk - compared to other Central American countries (aside from Costa Rica) it is much harder. In Panama City, you really must bring your A-game in terms of dressing, dancing and flirting if you want to have any luck with the women. I highly suggest exchanging your backpacking garb for a blazer and pocket square if you don't want to go home empty handed (and believe me, you won't after you see the talent that Panama City has to offer.
